- This warranty is only valid for products and services proven by the invoice number issued by an authorized Tars center.
- The customer can inquire about the warranty status by contacting the service center where the installation took place, using the invoice number and vehicle information.
- The warranty is limited only to the products and services listed in the table below, and does not extend to any other product or service not expressly listed in this policy.

| Teras guarantees that the thermal insulation (tinting) films installed at its centers have been professionally installed to maintain their sun-reflective properties and prevent peeling, cracking, or delamination of the film layers, in accordance with the warranty period specified for each approved product. The warranty does not cover gradual discoloration, fading, or scratches resulting from the use of soft cloths or materials not intended for cleaning automotive glass, the use of automotive glass cleaning materials at inappropriate concentrations, friction with vehicle parts, or the deliberate removal of parts of the film. | Ters guarantees that paint protection films installed in its authorized centers are free of manufacturing defects such as yellowing, or Peeling or separation of layers depends on the warranty period specified for each product in the approved warranty schedule. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, improper washing, such as using cleaning products not intended for car washes or using car wash products at inappropriate concentrations, chemicals, excessive exposure to environmental factors, bird droppings, accidents, partially or fully repainted vehicles, or unprofessional installation and removal. It also does not cover parts made of nickel or chrome.
